Who We Are
Courtney Richard
Senior Vice President
Courtney Richard leads HavenCORE’s 400-person property management team, overseeing more than 16,000 apartment homes across 195-plus communities in partnership with government agencies, nonprofit affordable housing developers and for-profit firms.
Active in property management since 2009, she has been recognized by the Southern California Association on Nonprofit Housing and Affordable Housing Finance, including a spot on the 2024 Young Leaders list. She holds certifications in RAD project-based vouchers, rental assistance and tax credit compliance.
Earlier in her career, she created an in-house relocation service that helps residents move safely and smoothly during rehabilitation projects, a service now offered to other developers. She also launched strike teams that strengthen management and maintenance performance and led a resident-focused water conservation effort that significantly cut water use.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Cal State San Bernardino.
